How does bench work in fantasy basketball?
Every player that is in one of your active slots will contribute to your team's total score, while points accumulated by a player who is on the bench will not count. You can move your players from the bench to the active slots during the week so that you maximise your total fantasy points scored.
Statistics from bench players do NOT earn fantasy points. The winner of an fantasy football game is the team with more points earned for the week (two weeks for playoff games).

Roster size
Select how many players each team will need to start (standard is 10) and how many players will be on the bench (standard is three).
Players in the Utility spot will get full credit for their stats in your league's scoring. If your league uses a "Maximum Games" limit, the Utility position is subject to the same restrictions as the other active positions chosen in your league.

Statistics like passing touchdowns, rushing yards, and receptions are a part of the scoring setting for most leagues, therefore it makes sense that when you are looking at players, you should be looking at players that are performing well in those areas.
Without a doubt, you should prioritize drafting running backs in fantasy football. Each team will start two or more running backs, but not every team will have two or more good running backs. This is not the case with other positions: for other positions, every team will have a plethora of good options.

With this in mind, playing the Bench Boost in a double gameweek should, in theory, yield a minimum of 16 points. That's based on each of your four benched players scoring two points per game across two games.
Your kicker is important, but you'll average more points drafting another runningback or tightend than you will loading up on kickers. It's better to make sure the rest of your roster is as strong as it can be before spending a pick on a kicker.

How many RBs should I have in fantasy?
Ideally, you want at least two total RBs from the top-three tiers, and then at least two more by the end of Tier 5. Or you can keep it simple and just remember that you want a total of five RBs from the player pools within Tiers 1-5.
